蛋白酶抑制剂混合物（100×）是一款通用型试剂，专为蛋白提取实验设计。它能广谱抑制丝氨酸蛋白酶（如胰凝乳蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、凝血酶）和巯基蛋白酶（如木瓜蛋白酶），有效防止蛋白降解。

本品不含EDTA。
本品为广谱性抑制剂，适用于常规细胞或组织蛋白提。苡行б种贫嘀值鞍酌富钚，可用于Western Blot、IP等下游实验。
不影响，蛋白酶抑制剂不会干扰带有His标签蛋白与镍柱的结合及纯化过程。
本品需-20℃保存。常温放置长时间可能引起部分成分失效，建议勿继续使用，以免影响实验结果。
